Meet Denise Crismon WHNP

EDUCATION

Denise received her BSN from Western Governor's University and her Doctor of Nursing Practice, specializing in women's health, and PhD in Nursing from the University of Utah. She is a board-certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. 

PERSONAL

Denise was born and raised in Utah. As an adult, she spent several years living in Spain, North Carolina, and Virginia before moving back to Utah to be closer to family. She loves being outdoors, especially with her husband and seven boys. She also enjoys rock climbing, swimming, reading, and doing puzzles. Denise speaks Spanish and looks forward to serving Spanish-speaking clients.
