Dr. Blake has great bedside manners and talks to me like a normal person

We loved being patients with Dr. Soffe for our first baby. She helped answer any concerns we had but we have a pretty uncomplicated time the entire 9 months. She remembered who we were as people, not just patients, and made us feel cared for. She even tried to make it to our delivery earlier when she had scheduled c-sections, but our little man came too fast for her to get there and she just missed it.

Love Dr. Bechek. I recommend her to all my close friends.

She was very knowledgeable, but not super warm and personable. Each time I have seen her she's acted in a hurry and not interested to hear my thoughts and rushes my questions. She seems detached and only wants to talk about what she wants, and drives the conversation. The whole office is a cold and uninviting atmosphere. All staff members have poor communication and don't explain things well. Even moving around the office it's very confusing, and I feel abandoned leaving my exam room by myself and not sure where to go or who to talk to on my way out. In my opinion the office needs to restructure the whole experience, lengthen appointments and stop rushing us through. It felt like a factory just trying to push numbers through, rather than treating us like people, and for some of us women's health and pregnancy are emotional and traumatic experiences that should be handled with more care and compassion. All the staff members assume we all know what to do and understand everything, we don't, that's why we're there. Being seen with Dr. Soffe and the staff I didn't feel like a valued human, just a name on the schedule with a payment

Dr. Blake is kind, compassionate. I came to her halfway through my pregnancy, she has not once made me feel like I was too much or like I was doing anything wrong. She immediately put me at ease and always takes the time to talk and walk me through anything I’m struggling with. Her nurse is amazing and so are all the ultrasound techs.

Every time I’ve been seen by Dr. Blake it’s been a great experience! I love how Dr. Blake and her team treat me like a person and answer my questions (even when I feel like they are silly questions). I especially appreciate how rather than telling me what I “should” do during my birth, she tells me in detail the pros and cons of each choice and then supports me regardless of the choice I make. I had a great birth experience thanks to her. I feel so safe in their care and I recommend them to anyone needing OBGYN care!

From the front desk, to the nurses, and doctors, everyone does a fantastic job of making me comfortable. If I’m too nervous or scared about something, Dr Soffe calmly reassures me and even waits patiently for me. If a procedure isn’t necessary, she never forces me to do it. This clinic is perfect for first time mothers, it took a lot of my anxiety away.

We've been so fortunate to have Dr. Bechek as our doctor during this pregnancy. She's been a true ray of sunshine, always taking the time to answer all of our questions with such kindness and patience. Her passion for her work and her genuine care for expecting mothers really shines through. We feel so lucky to have her! ☺️

Dr Blake was great! She was very kind, attentive, thorough, took time to make sure all my questions and concerns were addressed and didn’t feel rushed.

I went in for a consultation appointment and I was told that before I could even get information on the procedure that I wanted to discuss that I would need to do several additional procedures (such as an ultrasound and an endometrial biopsy). The next available appointment for the ultrasound was a month and an half away. I was hoping to get the procedure done before the end of the year, but I ended up leaving the consultation appointment super discouraged. I’m not hopeful that this will even happen by the end of the year.

Both Dr. Blake and her medical assistant were thorough and caring in assessing my situation. I felt like they listened well and cared about my needs. Dr. Blake is knowledgeable and capable, as well as comfortable to work with.

Dr. Bechek is truly one of the best. She’s been by my side through some of the hardest moments and is now supporting me through my second pregnancy. She’s dropped everything when I needed urgent care, and her compassion and expertise mean the world. The team at South Valley Women’s is just as incredible — kind, professional, and always supportive. I’m so thankful to be in such great hands.

Dr. Melicher is AMAZING!!!!! Before seeing her I had gone through a very traumatic experience at another facility with my IUD insertion. My experience with Dr. Melicher was the complete opposite. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and was so patient and gentle with me the whole time. She went out of her way to make me feel as comfortable as possible before, during, and after the procedure. She is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients. She is definitely the OBGYN you need!!!

I cannot recommend Dr. Bechek enough! I’ve been seeing her for many years, starting with my first interaction the night before I had to undergo a D&C following a missed miscarriage with my twins. She was the doctor on call and was scheduled to perform the procedure the next morning. I hadn’t met her before, but she took time out of her evening to call, introduce herself, and answer any questions I had—just to make sure I felt comfortable and could recognize a familiar voice when I go there. When I met her the next day, she was so kind and instantly felt like a longtime friend who deeply cared about me and my situation. We continued on a journey that included losing two more pregnancies, and we finally just delivered our rainbow baby after many years. Our delivery had complications, and as soon as Dr. Bechek entered the room, she took charge. My husband and I immediately felt safe, knowing she was going to do everything to protect me and our baby. I still listen back to the audio of our delivery and cry at how supportive and caring she was. You won’t find a better human or doctor. I have so much love for Dr. Bechek and her team. The entire office has always been incredibly compassionate—they grieved our losses with us and celebrated our successful pregnancy. I also want to specifically recognize Cindy and Camille, they are incredible nurses!

Dr Bechek is by far the best doctor I’ve ever seen. I’ve never felt more cared for by a healthcare professional. I moved an hour away and will still drive in to keep her as my doctor.

I like Dr. Soffe. However, at this appt. I felt she didn’t really listen to me or address my concerns. I’m struggling with hormone issues and seeing side effects that make sleeping difficult, my skin isn’t the same and my weight has become a problem!! I don’t feel like myself. I expressed this and more. She basically said I need to see a specialist, which I have already done. Just can’t seem to get the help I need.

I was traveling internationally for a family emergency when I started bleeding. After 4 miscarriages I was really worried that the cramps, pains and bleeding were going to be another tragic loss. I had the worst cell phone connection but i called and left a message and i knew they were trying to call me back but the call wouldnt go through, so i had my husband call the office while he messaged me their questions so i could relay my symptoms and get help. The nurse was so kind and helpful, and reassured my husband and myself that there were still a lot of good signs and that they were not worried but that they would see me as soon as I was back. My flight home wasn't for 3 more days, so I took their advice, rested and the next morning after getting home I was in their office. They didn't have to squeeze me in their already packed schedule but they did! I was shaking with tears pouring down my cheeks after getting an ultra sound busy the most amazing ultrasound tech. Baby was happy and healthy and she explained to me very clearly where that blood was coming from. It was the greatest weight off my shoulders to see my baby, active and moving and stretching out. Not only that. But she also clearly saw and found my left ovary! I went to the ER and they told me its gone or almost close to gone but she was like nope its right here! I couldnt have asked for a kinder staff. A staff who understood i was terrified about what could have been, but so releaved after seeing baby was okay. I have no idea how you get together such an amazing staff like everyone who is there, but each person no matter who, cared. Truly they were amazing and im excited to work with them! Would absolutely recommend going here.

I love Dr Bechek! This is my second baby and I wish she were my doctor for my first. She is super compassionate, funny, and listens to everything you could possibly want to discuss.

I absolutely love Dr.Bechek! I appreciate her always being straight forward and telling me exactly what I need. I have had horrible medical anxiety and she has been so fantastic! I appreciate not only her amazing personality, but her phenomenal skill! For a short time I work in L&D and she was one of my fav OBs because of her extensive knowledge! I feel safe and heard as her patient.

I haven’t had the best experiences going to an OB/GYN before. I felt with past doctors that my worries and issues were brushed off or not taken seriously. But Dr. Blake did not make me feel this way. She made me feel heard and like my health concerns were real and worth finding a solution to. She made me feel comfortable and like I could advocate for myself.

I went through a different clinic and doctor for my first pregnancy and developed severe preeclampsia and HELLP. The doctors at the other clinic didn’t listen to my symptoms and told me I was just “uncomfortable and that’s what pregnancy is.” My twins were born at 32 weeks and stayed in the NICU for almost 6 weeks. It was awful. This entire pregnancy Dr. Melicher has been cautious and very thorough to make sure myself and baby are in good health. My experience this time around was night and day difference and I wish I had found her sooner! I ended up delivering a healthy baby girl 4 hours before my scheduled c-section. I was sad to not have Dr. Melicher deliver, but Dr. Hansen was great and I’m still really happy with my experience this time around.

Dr. Soffe was kind and knowledgeable! She addressed each of my concerns and let me know all of my options. She was positive and helped answer all my questions politely, even if I felt like they might be silly questions. I want to also thank all of the incredible nurses and MA’s. I was getting a blood panel done and unfortunately passed out. Before I passed out, I let the lady know I was feeling faint and she told me to position myself safely on the chair. After I came back to consciousness, I had plenty of nurses and MAs help me out of the chair, into a wheelchair, and into a room to lay down until my husband could come pick me up. They helped me feel safe and comfortable, giving me snacks and juice to bring my blood sugar up. They checked in on me constantly making sure I was okay and I felt so cared for. Each of them was so kind and well-trained. I love that I come to this clinic!

Dr. Soffe made me feel super comfortable from the very first visit. She's very professional and to the point leaving no time for worry and awkwardness. And she always answered all my questions/ concerns without making me feel dumb which I appreciated. Although I feel she didn't really prepare or explain much to me (I felt very in the dark most of my pregnancy, having to find things out from friends and family), she was amazing in the delivery room! Overall, I had a great experience with her:)

Best Dr. I could ever ask for! Went to 2 others before him and am glad I kept looking. Dr Hansen is the best in his field, it is easy to see why I had multiple people recommend him. He is extremely gifted, he saw me throughout my first pregnancy and delivered my baby safe and sound. I was never worried or stressed, I knew he was completely capable to handle anything that came up. He is also so kind and listens, I never once felt rushed. Dr Hansen always leaves me feeling like I am his favorite patient. He is genuine. He listens well, takes notes and then we make a plan.

I have been seeing Dr Langer for 20+ years, and I am always impressed with her attentiveness and compassion. I was talking to a friend in the gym about her daughter who was having a baby soon- and that they were driving quite a distance to see the doctor because she is the best and worth it! I had a sneaky suspicion, so I asked who it was- and of course it was Dr Langer! 17 years ago I drove from Idaho just to see Dr Langer and yes, she is worth it!!

Bechek is the absolute best! She cares about all her patients and wants them to feel as comfortable as possible. I always feel loved and well taken care of by her!

Dr Hansen is seriously the best! He’s kind and helpful and makes you feel very comfortable and listens to what you need. He also delivered my baby and he still remembers him even 5 years later

Dr. Hansen is the best doctor! Through appointments until up to when he delivered my baby he was always checking on me and making sure I was feeling ok physically and mentally. He reassures you when you have questions. He always checks on how the mom is doing. He is kind and personable and helps you feel like you’re the only patient he helps. We love Dr. Hansen!

I have been with Dr. Hansen for over 25 years. I travel from Florida to still see him. He’s delivered 3 of my children. His nurses have only changed 3 times in 25 years. If that doesn’t say something about the environment he creates to work in let alone be. Patient then I don’t know what does. The way she made me feel safe, truly cared for, and supported every step of the way is everything a new mom could dream of. On top of my own needs she also supported my husband with his thoughts & questions. We absolutely adore her and couldnt imagine our experience with anyone else.

I have to say this is the best OB/Gyn office I have ever been to. The Doctors, Nurses and staff are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond! Nurse Cindy has always been especially helpful and caring. She is a genuine angel, I can truly tell how much she cares about me and you can tell that she loves her job.
